LG Chem Plans $4-billion Petrochemicals JV in Kazakhstan

The complex will use low-cost ethane gas to produce 840,000 m.t./year of ethylene and 800,000 m.t./year of polyethylene. It  is expected to start production in 2016 and to generate sales of $1.4 billion/year....
