Koch Industries expands headquarters campus

Koch Industries (Wichita, KS) has announced plans to expand its headquarters campus at Wichita. The project includes construction of a 210,000 sq/ft office building with the ability to accommodate 745 employees, the company says. Over 2,800 employees are currently employed at the Wichita campus, and the expansion allows for 150 open roles. The expansion is part of two existing projects to design and build out existing, underutilized space at its 1.025 million sq/ft headquarters, the company says.
