(CPC) to provide licensing and engineering services for a Veba Combi Cracker (VCC) unit to be built at the Kampong Som Petrochemical Industrial Zone of Cambodia. Tianjin Petrochemical Engineering Design Co. (TPED; Tianjin, China) is the engineering, procurement and construction contractor.
