Jordan Phosphate Mines Invites Tenders for New Terminal

Jordan Phosphate Mines (JPMC; Amman) plans to build a new phosphate rock terminal in the southern zone of Aqaba, Jordan port capable of exporting 4 million m.t./year of phosphate rock. The company has appointed Royal Haskoning (Rotterdam) as consulting engineers and plans to invite contractors to tender for the engineering, procurement and construction work on a lump sum turnkey basis.
