Ineos to Join Sipchem Olefins Venture in Saudi Arabia?

Ineos is in discussions with Saudi International Petrochemical Co. (Sipchem; Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia) to become a joint venture partner in Sipchem’s previously announced $8-billion petrochemical complex, featuring a world-scale olefins plant, at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, CW has learned.
