World News and Views :: Projects Idemitsu and Mitsui Plan Petchem Cooperation11:53 AM MDT | May 22, 2009 Idemitsu Kosan and Mitsui Chemicals say they have submitted proposals to the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry (METI; Tokyo) for a project to optimize naphtha supply at the companies’ respective manufacturing complexes at Chiba, Japan.
