Huntsman Advances U.S. Maleic Anhydride Plant

Huntsman broke ground last week on its previously announced 100-million lb/year maleic anhydride (MA) plant at Geismar, LA (CW, March 15, p. 28). The investment is $125 million, and the facility will come online in fourth-quarter 2008, the company says.
