World News and Views :: Projects Honam’s Qatar Ethylene JV Delayed Another Year10:18 AM MST | January 16, 2009 Qatar Intermediate Holdings (QIH; Doha) and Honam Petrochemical (Seoul) have delayed by another year the start up of a previously announced olefins joint venture in Qatar, according to local news reports quoting Honam president Chong Bum-shick.
