Groundbreaking ceremony held for $3.4-billion petchem complex in Turkmenistan

A groundbreaking ceremony has been held for a project that includes an ethane cracker, and polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) production facilities, at Kiyanly, Turkmenistan, according to a statement on the Turkmenistan government's Web site.
