Evonik Forms Joint Venture in Russia to Manufacture Feed Amino Acid

Evonik Industries says it has established a joint venture with Russian company RusBiotech International, for manufacturing the feed amino acid L-lysine in Russia by means of a biotechnological process. The joint venture dubbed Russkie Biotechnologii will be based at Volgodonsk, in the Rostov region of Russia and will concentrate on the Russian market.
