Emery Oleochemicals to build biobased polyols plant at Cincinnati

Emery Oleochemicals (Shah Alam, Malaysia) has announced a $50-million investment at its Cincinnati, OH, manufacturing site. The company will build a plant to produce high-performance biobased polyols for industries, including automotive, furniture, and electrical appliances. The plant is due to be onstream in the fourth quarter of 2014.
