Dow's Coal-to-Chemicals JV in China Takes Another Step Forward

Dow Chemical and coal mining company the Shenhua Group (Beijing) have submitted a project application report to the Chinese government for the companies' previously announced coal-to-chemicals joint venture at Yulin, China. Meanwhile, discussions with relevant stakeholders are ongoing as the partners continue to advance the $10-billion project, Dow says.
