Dow and Gazprom Consider Baltic Coast for Petchem JV

Dow Chemical, Gazprom, and Gazprom’s Sibur petrochemical subsidiary are looking to establish a petchem joint venture project on the Baltic coast in Russia, Sibur president Dmitry Konov tells CW.
