Dow Joint Venture Plans Elastomers Plant in Thailand

SCG-Dow Group, a joint venture between Dow Chemical and Siam Cement (Bangkok), says it will build a specialty elastomers plant at Map Ta Phut, Thailand to supply customers in the "fast-growing" Asia-Pacific region.
