China XLX Plans Fertilizer Expansion, Melamine Plant

China XLX Fertiliser (Xingxiang, China) says it plans to invest Rmb2.7 billion ($426.3 million) to expand capacity for urea and compound fertilizers at the Xingxiang Economic and Technology Development Zone in Henan province. The company is also planning to build a 100,000-m.t./year melamine plant at the site.
