Celanese Restarts Texas Plants

Celanese says it has resumed operations at its Texas Gulf Coast facilities following shutdowns ahead of Hurricane Ike last month. Facilities at Bay City, Bishop, Clear Lake, and Pasadena suffered “minimal” structural damage, the company says.
