Canadian exploration group signs MOU for Alberta potash project

Grizzly Discoveries (Edmonton, AB), a mineral exploration company, announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with an unnamed third party for a proposed $15-million investment to advance the company’s Alberta potash project. Under the agreement, Grizzly will provide the interested party with all pertinent data for the project, and if approved the party will invest up to $15 million to fund an exploration drill program to test the location.
