Borouge Awards PMC to Bechtel; Outlines Borouge 3

Borouge, a joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) and Borealis, has selected Bechtel to provide project management consultancy (PMC) services for Borouge 3, a previously announced multibillion-dollar petrochemical project at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi. Borouge and Bechtel say they are finalizing the contract details. Bechtel will advise on implementation of the project including the selection of engineering, procurement, and construction contractors.
