World News and Views :: Projects Badger Licenses BPA Technology to Kingboard Subsidiary in China1:29 PM MDT | May 18, 2012 Badger Licensing has been awarded a contract by Proper Year Petrochemical Yangzhou Co. (PYPC; Yangzhou, China) to provide its proprietary technology and process design services for a 60,000-m.t./year bisphenol A (BPA) plant at Yangzhou. The BPA plant, which is scheduled for startup in 2013, will be integrated with cumene and phenol plants that PYPC is constructing at the site, slated for startup this year.
