The agreements include the commercialization of clean coal conversion technologies, wind power generation, and the construction of a world scale acetic acid plant. The signing today at the Great Hall of People in Beijing was witnessed by the British prime minister Gordon Brown and the Chinese premier Wen Jiabao.
