BHP Billiton Puts Jansen Potash Project on Hold

BHP Billiton (Melbourne) says it will delay major expansion projects due to rising production costs and subdued market conditions. The company reported its first annual profit fall in three years, saying that no other major project approvals are expected over the next year, including its Jansen potash project in Saskatchewan.
