BASF Hikes NPG Capacity at Ludwigshafen

BASF says it will add 10,000 m.t./year neopentylglycol (NPG) capacity at Ludwigshafen. The expansion, due to be completed by year-end, will raise the company’s global NPG capacity to 155,000 m.t./year.
