Aramco and Total Mull Extension of Jubail Project

Saudi Aramco and Total are considering extending their previously announced “Jubail Export Refinery Project” at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia beyond oil refining and aromatics extraction, CW has learned (CW, June 13, 2007, p. 23).
