AkzoNobel Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for Paints Plant in the U.K.

AkzoNobel says construction of a previously announced £100-million ($157 million) decorative paints manufacturing plant will start at a new site at Ashington, U.K. after a groundbreaking ceremony today.
