Air Products expands nitrogen pipeline in Taiwan

Air Products’ Taiwan subsidiary Air Products San Fu Co., is increasing production of ultra high-purity (UHP) nitrogen at its nitrogen pipelines at Tainan Science-Based Industrial Park (TSIP; Tainan, Taiwan) and Tree Valley Science and Industry Park (TVSIP; Tainan). Two air separation units (ASU) will be built to supply the electronics industry in the area as well. The company has served semiconductor and thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) manufacturers in the area since 2002, and the nitrogen pipeline is fed by three large UHP nitrogen...
