Air Products, Matheson in Helium JV

Air Products and Matheson Tri-Gas (Parsippany, NJ), the U.S. subsidiary of Nippon Sanso (Tokyo), say they have formed a joint venture to potentially build and operate a liquid helium production plant near Big Piney, WY.
