Air Products Builds Large Industrial Gases Plant in China

Air Products announced today the signing of a contract with Pucheng Clean Energy Co. (PCEC) for the largest single air separation unit (ASU) on-site order ever placed with an industrial gases company. Air Products, under a long-term supply agreement, will build, own and operate three ASU trains producing more than 8,200 m.t./day of oxygen, more than 3,100 m.t./day of nitrogen, and more than 375 m.t./day of compressed dry air for PCEC.
