World News and Views :: Projects Air Liquide builds CO2 plant, expands CA production10:51 AM MDT | March 19, 2013 Air Liquide says it is building a new carbon dioxide (CO2) liquefaction plant in Tulare County, CA. The 450-m.t./day facility will capture CO2 gases from Calgren Renewable Fuel’s (Pixley, CA) ethanol plant, which will then be purified and liquefied by Air Liquide for use by customers in the food, beverage, and manufacturing industries in the Central Valley and Los Angeles region.
