Abu Dhabi National Chemical Co. (Chemaweyaat), a joint venture in which Abu Dhabi Investment Council and International Petroleum Investment Co. (IPIC) each have 40% and Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. (Adnoc) has the rest; and Abu Dhabi Basic Industries Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Abu Dhabi's state-owned General Holding Co., will build one liquid cracker only, sources tell CW.
