YPFB signs ammonia-urea certification contract with Bureau Veritas

Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB; La Paz, Bolivia) on Friday signed a testing, inspection and certification contract with Bureau Veritas Argentina (Buenos Aires) for YPFB’s previously announced ammonia-urea complex at Carrasco, Cochabamba, Bolivia. Carlos Villegas, president of YPFB said during the signing that the complex will begin operations in the fourth quarter of 2015.
