World News and Views :: Projects Fluor awarded BASF's TDI plant contract at Ludwigshafen7:58 AM MST | February 19, 2013 | Natasha Alperowicz Fluor says it has secured an engineering, procurement, and construction management services contract for BASF’s toluene diisocyanate (TDI) project at the company’s Ludwigshafen site. The contract value has not been disclosed. The single-train TDI plant will be designed to produce 300,000 m.t./year. It will help expand additional plants as precursors for polyurethanes at the site.
