Mitsui's engineering subsidiary receives contract for PVOH plant

Mitsui Engineering and Shipbuilding (MES; Tokyo), a subsidiary of Mitsui, announced it has obtained an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract for Kuraray America’s, a subsidiary of Kuraray, polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) resin production facility at La Porte, TX in addition to the early stage design contracts concluded in September 2012.
