American Vanguard forms jv to market pesticides

American Vanguard (Newport Beach, CA) says that its subsidiary Amvac Chemical has formed a joint venture with TyraTech (Morrisville, NC), a natural life science company, to develop and commercialize pesticide products. The pesticides use TyraTech's natural ingredients for high efficacy and safety, the company says. The companies will market these products for use in global household and lawn and garden applications, as well as in the global commercial, institutional, professional, crop protection, and seed treatment markets.
