SunPower signs jv agreement with Chinese solar companies

SunPower (San Jose, CA)—a manufacturer of high-efficiency solar cells, solar panels, and solar systems—has signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture with Tianjin Zhonghuan Semiconductor (Tianjin, China), Inner Mongolia Power (Group) (Hohhot, China), and Hohht Jinqiao City Development Company (Hohhot, China).
