World News and Views :: Projects Sibur and Solvay form joint venture to produce surfactants and oil field chemicals in Russia5:27 AM MDT | October 9, 2012 | Natasha Alperowicz Sibur and Solvay today signed an agreement to form an equally owned joint venture, RusPAV to build a previously announced complex to produce surfactants and oil field chemicals at Dzherzhinsk, Russia. The agreement was signed by Dmitry Konov, CEO of Sibur and Emmanuel Butstraen, head of Solvay’s global business unit Novecare, during the 26th Gastech conference in London.
