National Adhesives Expands in South Carolina11:52 AM MST | November 9, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff National Adhesives, a unit of ICI’s National Starch and Chemical, will build a plant to house manufacturing equipment for hot melt adhesives at its existing Woodruff, S.C. site. The new plant is expected to be completed next year and to create 15 new jobs, says Mike Rondholz, director/adhesives operations at National Adhesives. The company says it is also investing to upgrade its entrance and parking facilities. Hot melt adhesives are used in many industrial processes including the manufacture of disposable products, such as diapers, and in sealing cases...
