CW to Organize 2007 GPCA Forum

Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA) has teamed up with CW to organize the 2nd Annual GPCA Forum in Dubai, UAE on December 12-13. The first GPCA forum in December 2006 attracted 450 delegates.
