Soitec, Silian Sign LED Collaboration

Soitec (Paris) and Chongqing Silian Optoelectronics Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Silian; Chongqing, China) have partnered to jointly develop gallium nitride (GaN) template wafers using hydride vapor phase epitaxy (HVPE).
