EnviroTech :: Sustainability SURVEY: 76% of Europeans Say Industry Not Doing Enough to Tackle Climate Change10:43 AM MDT | September 11, 2008 | Alex Scott A survey commissioned by the European Union (EU) published today has found that 76% of citizens in the region think that not enough is being done by corporations and industry to combat climate change. Only 22% of Germans surveyed said they thought industry was doing enough to combat climate change. Some 67% of citizens say that they should be doing more themselves to combat climate change, with 58% believing that the EU should be doing more to tackle the issue.
