Novozymes: Brazil Biofuel Exports to Reach $4 Billion by 2020

Novozymes says production of sugarcane-based ethanol in Brazil will reach between 4.6 liters and 8.6 liters by 2020, and the country will be in a position to export about $4 billion/year of ethanol. Novozymes, which produces enzymes that convert sugarcane bagasse and other biomass into ethanol, made the assertion in a report scheduled for release at an ethanol conference in São Paulo.
