SGL to Supply HCl Recovery System to Chinese Firm

SGL Group (Wiesbaden, Germany) says it has signed a contract with Qinghai Salt Lake Industry (Golmud, China) to supply a recovery system that enables the recycling and reuse of hydrochloric acid (HCl). The contract is worth more than €20 million ($25.1 million). SGL expects to deliver the system to Qinghai Salt Lake by the end of 2013.
