Texas Governor Signs Fracking Disclosure Bill

Texas Governor Rick Perry (R.) has signed into a law a bill requiring the disclosure of chemicals used in the hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, process. The law requires companies “to reveal exactly what harmful chemicals are being pumped into the ground in the fracking process," lawmakers say.
