Study Indicates BPA Exposure Causes No Adverse Effects in Male Mice

Researchers at Brown University say male mice born to mothers with in utero exposure to moderate or high doses of bisphenol A (BPA) did not show adverse reproductive effects. The researchers tested litters born to mothers exposed to 50 micrograms/kilogram of body weight and 1,000 micrograms/kilogram of body weight day 10 through day 16 of pregnancy, when sexual organs develop.
