Senate EPW Committee Passes TSCA Reform Bill

The Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) bill passed today by the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) contains changes from the previous draft, based in part on industry recommendations stemming from problems experienced in complying with Europe’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) law.
