New York Sues U.S. to Compel Hydraulic Fracturing Review9:27 AM MDT | June 6, 2011 | Kara Sissell New York state attorney general Eric Schneiderman says his office is preparing to file a lawsuit against the U.S. federal government for failure to conduct an environmental review of potential harmful effects of hydraulic fracturing, or fracking.
