House introduces draft TSCA reform bill

House Energy and Commerce Environment and the Economy Subcommittee chairman John Shimkus (R., IL) unveiled draft legislation to update the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). Shimkus says in a statement that the bill is a discussion draft and “keys off a bipartisan bill [Chemical Safety Improvement Act (CSIA)] introduced in the Senate.”...
