EPA: Seven TSCA Risk Assessments Slated for this Year2:31 PM MDT | March 12, 2012 | Kara Sissell EPA has identified seven chemicals it will do risk assessments on this year, part of the agency’s stated goal of improving management of existing chemicals under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). EPA selected the seven from a list of 83 substances targeted for assessment under TSCA, and the agency says this spring it will announce those it plans to focus on in 2013 and 2014.
