EPA Proposes Significant New Use Requirements for PBDEs

EPA has proposed significant new use requirements for five groups of substances including polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), part of the agency’s ongoing effort to improve chemicals management under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
