Key stakeholders meeting last week with EPA are seeking clarity and some revisions to the agency’s recently revised plan for prioritizing chemicals for review under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). EPA’s plan includes a two-step process to prioritize chemicals and modifies a prior approach for “chemical action plans” under TSCA.
