EPA Floats Revised Plan for Chemicals Prioritization Under TSCA

EPA is seeking feedback on a new plan the agency is considering for prioritizing chemicals it will target for enhanced scrutiny under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The plan, or "discussion guide," is a revised approach to the Chemical Action Plans, which EPA initiated in early 2010 and were initially seen as an important tool for strengthening EPA’s chemicals management program.
